DUNDEE COMICS PRIZE 2017

Cover art by Alex Ronald.

I had a nice surprise this week. I won second prize in the Dundee Comics Prize for 2017.

My entry was a comic story called Jonathan Swift: “I am a Fraud”, which is in the new anthology, called Swift at 350.

Here's a preview of my six page story:

The magazine also has comics by Daniel Cook, Sen deMajo, Andrew Marr, Colin Maxwell, Norrie Millar, Chris Murray and Monty Nero.

Thanks to the organisers and judges, and well done to Colin, who won first prize.

STAR JAWS #23 - The final issue

Cover by Martin Hand.

The latest issue of Star Jaws is out now.

It's the final issue, and I am honoured to have a story in there. It's a personal tale regarding a lifetime of being a devoted fan. It's called, "Goodbye, Star Wars"

Here's a preview:

Read the rest of the story in the new issue here.

Robin has been putting Star Jaws out for a few years now. It's a fun, bizarre, surreal read. I'll miss the regular issues.

If you haven't read them, they're all collected at Robin's website Images Degrading Forever.

Thanks for having me, Robin. All the best for the future.
